Thanks to a partnership with the Arrigorriaga International Clown Festival, the Department of Culture and Education of Bilbao City Council is able to present a outstanding selection of clown shows in Zorrotza during the first weekend of May. Umore Azoka in Leioa is a venue for showcasing street art, a market for buying and selling, and a meeting place for professionals in the sector. Umore Azoka encompasses the various disciplines that use the street as a performance space (theatre, dance, circus, puppetry, parades, performances, plastic and visual arts…), offering the large audience a wide variety of shows: around fifty companies, an extensive and carefully curated programme of Basque, Spanish and international productions, with a particular focus on the most contemporary and visual forms.
